Return & Refund Policy:

At Diiro, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our jewelry. However, if for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our return policy carefully before initiating a return or exchange.

1. 7-Day Return Policy – Non-Customized Products
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery on all non-customized products. If you wish to return an item:

  • The request must be raised within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all packaging materials, tags, certificates (if any), and invoices intact.
  • Any item that shows signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted for return.

Once the product is received and inspected at our facility, a refund will be processed to the original payment method, or you may opt for a store credit, based on your preference. Please note, shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

2. Customized Products – Not Eligible for Return
All customized jewelry items (including made-to-order, personalized engravings, special size requests, or any design modifications) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

These items are made specifically to your request, and hence, we cannot accept them for return or exchange under any circumstances except in the case of transit damage or manufacturing defects (see Section 3).

3. Damaged or Defective Product Received:
We take every measure to ensure your product reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please follow the steps below:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photographs or videos showing the damage or defect

➡️ Once verified by our quality control team, we will offer you:

  • free replacement of the same item
    Or
  • full refund, as per your preference

Please note: Any claim made after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

4. Return Shipping & Process
➡️ Once your return request is approved, you will be required to ship the product back to us at your own cost. Return shipping charges are payable by the customer and are non-refundable.

➡️ Please ensure the product is securely packed in its original packaging, along with all original documents such as:

  • Invoice
  • Product certificates (if applicable)
  • Tags and labels

➡️ We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

➡️ Once we receive the returned product, our quality assurance team will inspect it to ensure:

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition
  • All original packaging and documents are included

➡️ Only after successful inspection and verification will the refund be processed to your original payment method (or as store credit, based on your preference).

➡️ If the product fails to meet our return conditions, it will be shipped back to you, and no refund will be issued.

5. Important Notes
Products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account after approval.
Gift cards & promotional discounts charges are non-refundable.
In case of refund for a purchase made via gift card or store credit, the amount will be returned as store credit only.
